我是參加美國暑期工讀得學生，因為我是自主型，所以我是上美國國務院認證合格的工作網站上找工作，我是在J1 job網站上找工作，投了幾百封履歷之後，有幾家公司回覆我，其中有一家是 Hilton Hotel(希爾頓飯店)，但是工作地點有點讓我傻眼，明明在美國的J1 job website投的履歷，這中間我是給一個女性主管Anita小姐 (類似人力仲介公司)之後她叫我連絡Hilton Hotel的 Human Resource Manager Mr. Gerry Cooper，然後Mr. Gerry Cooper叫我寄履歷還有簡介給他，在我寄出CV後一兩天，他寄一封interview的信給我，叫我把裡面的問題回答完回傳給他，裡面大概就是問我ㄧ些有沒有服務經驗，跟主管發生問題時該如何解決?還有我未來的理想工作我畢業後就讀的相關科系，哪一方面可以為你未來的職場加分，最近有沒有發生什麼困難最後怎麼解決，還有問我覺得我是怎樣的人格特質之類的問題~~ 今天他寄job offer給我，他說會用我當waitress,以下是一些公司資訊，可以請各位幫我看看這是真的嗎?因為它的福利真的太好，讓我很懷疑!!尤其是expenses那裡他說希爾頓飯店會提供second-class的airticket給我，超級不可思議~ 公司住址 Hilton London Hotel 20 Upper Woburn Place, London, United Kingdom WC1H 0HT Fax: 009447005938285. 薪水的部份 OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT. We are pleased to offer you the position of a Waitress at Hilton Hotel, United Kingdom. As this letter serves to confirm that you been employed by Hilton Hotel . You are to resume work on the 18th of May,2009. You are to receive a salary of 2200 pounds which is paid monthly. And a bonus of 3,500 pounds, which is paid annually. This salary offer will be 26,000 G.P.S for as your Gross basic salary,transport Allowance is 150 pounds,utility is 200 pounds,feeding allowance is 300pounds,accomodation is 100 pounds,medical allowance 250 pounds.
