自從去年被裁員，終於在今天結束半年多無盡的Pending，這邊的大家幫了我很多忙，整
理了一下所有的相關日期，希望可以對有相關煩惱的人有幫助

2008/10/10 最後薪資證明(遣散費)
2008/12/04 律師寄出H1B Transfer相關文件(Los Angeles)
2008/12/11 I-797 Receipt Notice
2009/02/25 RFE要求:
Employer Information:
Federal Income Tax、Form DE-6 Quarterly Wage Report、
Compamy Profile
Maintaining Status:
遞出現在轉換文件前，三個月的薪資證明
2009/03/30 律師寄出RFE文件
2009/06/01 USCIS網頁: Approval Notice Sent
2009/06/05 公司收到Form I-541 Notice of Decision，
因61天的Gap拒絕extension of stay
2009/06/08 律師收到Form I-541 Notice of Decidion、I-1797B Approval Notice
2009/06/10 公司收到I-797B Approval Notice
2009/06/12 出境回台灣
2009/06/15 AIT美簽面談過關
Q1. Have you ever been to Untied States？
Q2. How did you find this job？
Q3. Is this your second H1B？
