我是它們的簽財務報表和稅表的會計師.它們是地方上蠻有名望的幾個白人大家族.
One of our clients is currently looking for a potential buyer for their
shopping center in California. The location is OK, just next to highway 99,
close to Fresno, CA.
I am not sure the sale price. It should be more than 12M. If interested,

這個生意的潛力很高.機會還不錯.所以看看有沒有人有那個財力吃的下來.
它們成本近乎0元,因為是20年前買的地,現在要套現.
忘了講,它們也可以出售部分的building.不過至少要準備2M.已經營運一年左右.
很新,幾個租戶像是KFC,Taco Bell,Walgreen,Subway,還有大型的supermarket.
