The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, career minded and
incentive-driven, with sales and leadership experience. This is an
excellent earning opportunity for an entrepreneurial self-starter who
will be responsible for many aspects of the business, including business
development, direct sales, supervision, and customer service.
Experience and Requirements:
‧ Strong leadership experience
‧ Demonstrated ability to produce year over year growth through aggressive
sales execution
‧ Results-oriented communication skills
‧ Proven ability to motivate a sales/service workforce
‧ Auto parts knowledge
‧ Have a Bachelor's Degree
