Can you imagine joining the team that delivers these mobile couponing and offers scenarios to users and merchants? Imagine no more! The Bing Mobile organization delivers essential mobile experiences to Bing users across the gamut of mobile devices including iPhone, Android and WP7. Our newly formed Mobile Commerce team will provide an application based monetization mechanism based on reaching potential customers, CPA and CPT. By closing the loop and allowing physical transactions such as couponing, loyalty, and eventually payments to be completed through the phone, we will provide end-users with significant financial value and businesses with the tools to drive incremental transactions and solid metrics to measure the value of our advertising service. The charter of this team can be characterized as follows: - To close the loop for a Mobile Offers scenario - To attract and retain local businesses to our services. - To connect Bing Mobile with 3rd party local aggregation services and social media. The Mobile Commerce Team is looking for a strong Senior SDET to drive the architecture and implementation for the end to end automation framework. Your daily life will include validating the product specification, plan the test strategy around the feature areas and working with developers to ensure the quality gate is met for the features. Your responsibilities will also include leading product testing, conducting research on emerging technologies, driving test automation and framework development, and training and mentoring other team members. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or other related technical discipline - 6+ years experiences with product development and/or testing - Experience shipping multiple product releases from start to finish in the service world - Should have passion for quality, ability to quickly understand and adopt emerging test methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong technical background in testing and designing automation framework in services for mobile devices - Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-group and cross-discipline - Demonstrated customer focus and excellent communication skills -- Je t'aime,o capitale infame.
