申請時間和任何H1申請類別(新的、延期的、轉換的、非營利、營利)都相同，沒有差別

這本來就很正常
H1 transfer就是一個正常的H1申請，只要有名額，就能申請
沒有任何不尋常之處

重點就是你申請的時候「有沒有名額」
沒名額的話就必須等到下次有名額的時候 (每年4月可以申請該年度10月開始的新名額)
今年名額尚未用完 (去年是12月時用完)。還沒用完前就可以盡情的使用
用完之後就只好等等等等等到有名額後(次年10月)才能考慮換工作的事
