Job Title: Bookkeeper (full-time)
Job Description:
● In charge all accounting functions including A/R, A/P, inventory, bank and
account reconciliation, accounting adjustment, and payroll.
● Review company insurance policies including Auto, Commercial, and workers'
compensation insurance.
● Monitor cash flow daily and arrange payment to local and oversea vendors.
● Place Purchase Orders with vendors, contact with Customs and Broker Agency
and coordinate with forwarder for delivery schedule. Receive LC from
customer and issue LC to vendor.
● Responsible for cash flow management, budgetary controls, month-end closing,
and prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Otehr Requirements:
Must be fluent in English & Mandarin.
The ability of speaking Taiwanese(台語) is preferred
