Quality Project Supervisor
-A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multi-national company
-preferably with a minimum of 2 of those years in product or project

Operations - Data Quality & Analysis Specialist
-BS/MS in statistics, marketing, IE, BA, IT, engineering or other related
data analysis field.

-Demonstrated ability to logically analyze and solve broadly-defined
Quality problems.
-Demonstrated ability to communicate logically and concisely both
verbally and in writing to diverse audiences at all organization levels
-Demonstrated experience working with large data sets preferred.
-Proven ability to use computer software and applications, including
Microsoft Office to share, retrieve, research and present business
information.

Staff Accountant -
Job Description:
Performing daily bookkeeping and data entry into the computer.
Gathering data and coordinating with sales and production teams for issuing invoices to customers.
Maintaining daily accounts receivable.
Processing accounts payable vendor invoices for weekly payment and responding to payment inquiries.
Reviewing invoices and backups for internal and external auditing purposes.
Filing and maintaining physical accounting records.
Coordinating with payroll by performing data entry of time sheets to ensure accuracy in human resource management.
Collaborating with repair team on customer billing and communicating with customers throughout the billing process.
Preparing payments by accruing expenses.
Assisting monthly book closing and reconciling accounts.
Performing other duties as assigned, including Front Desk and meeting room management, office space management, and other administrative support.
Position Requirements:
Excellent team work and communication skills. Proficiency in writing and oral communication. Adept in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. Accurate, organized, detailed, inquisitive, self-motivated. Able to sit for long hours in an office space and carry file boxes over twenty pounds. Values work ethics and open-minded.
Bachelors degree and general knowledge of accounting principles preferred.
