Staff Accountant - -Performing daily bookkeeping and data entry into the computer. -Gathering data and coordinating with sales and production teams for issuing invoices to customers. -Maintaining daily accounts receivable. -Processing accounts payable vendor invoices for weekly payment and responding to payment inquiries. -Reviewing invoices and backups for internal and external auditing purposes. -Filing and maintaining physical accounting records. -Coordinating with payroll by performing data entry of time sheets to ensure accuracy in human resource management. -Collaborating with repair team on customer billing and communicating with customers throughout the billing process. -Preparing payments by accruing expenses. -Assisting monthly book closing and reconciling accounts.
