4. Some people say that computers have made life easier and more convenient. Other people say that computers have made life more complex and stressful. What is your opiion? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- No matter how people think about what really computers bring to our life, stress or convenience, efficiency or complexity. All of us can not deny that computers did change our life and working style. And I think the life with computer is better off than before. I'll use the arguments below to support my opinion. First of all, I have no choice but to mention the most popular service, the Internet. Combined with the Internet, computers offers a instant information gathering interface. By the use of the search engines such as Google, Yahoo and AOL, we could fetch almost any information that we want. What's more, no matter the breadth or depth of the data, the scale is really beyond our imagine! On the other hand, the other services offered on the Internet also improved the convenience in our daily life. For example, online shppings provide customers an efficient and easy way to make orders at home. And virtue society organized on the Internet also become much more important recently. Despite the Internet, computers are still an inevitable tools for us both at office or at home. At work, it is not only useful in documents editing affairs but also powerful in large data prcessing. Without computers' help, it's hard for us to deal with these jobs within such a short time alone. At home, computers play an important role responsible for entertainment use. People use computers playing video games, watching movies and listening to the music. Although the prevailing use of computers do bring some problems, such as the loss of privacy and interectuall poverty pirates. However, these problems could be solved by education and conscience awareness since theese problems are simply caused by ill human behaviors rather than defects of computers itself.
