[問題] 績效未到扣底薪
公司訂出底薪5萬
但若績效未達100%則會扣底薪
查了勞基法第22條
工資應全額直接給付勞工。但法令另有規定或勞雇雙方另有約定者,不在
此限。
我認為這樣好像有違法
(公司績效辦法我也沒同意,僅資方自行公告與宣達)
想問大家的想法
