[情報] 無薪實習：讓自己站上歷史正確的那一方

Interns need to be paid. It’s not enough to offer a great learning
experience. Shutting the doors on entire industries to those that cannot or
will not work for free is unacceptable. Refusing to pay talented students
that work as hard or harder than full-time employees is unacceptable. Paying
interns will improve the economy, improve prospects for college students
burdened with debt, and move us toward a more equal society. If you run an
unpaid internship program, it’s time to get on the right side of history.
僱主應該給予實習生薪水，光是給他們工作經驗是不夠的。
對於拒絕給予那些不願意做白工的學生機會，是不恰當的。
而拒絕支付那些有才能，並且像個正職般努力工作的學生也是不對的。
支付實習生薪水是有益於經濟的，讓背負著貸款的學生有更多機會，
也讓我們向更公平的社會邁進。
如果你還在進行無薪的實習計畫，是時候該往對的那一邊站了！
