You should be well-versed in PHP or Python (or Java); be able to build/optimize complex queries in an efficient manner (MySQL knowledge required). You will be responsible for building a real-time data platform. Your work on the system will support and optimize games played by millions of global players! Responsibilities: * Help build the real-time data platform to support all of Machine Zone's games * Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, DBAs, and application engineers. * Responsible for working with large data sets to track the activity and performance of the games. * Implementing reporting & dashboard systems as well as systems for ad-hoc analysis of game performance & deep-dive analysis.
