The next-in-line device from HTC, "One M10" still has no specific release date, only speculation that it will arrive sometime next year. Reports claim that based on the history of the company, the handheld gadget may arrive between March and April, following the previous scheduled releases of their flagship smartphones such as March 2013 for HTC One, March 2014 for M8 and April 2015 for M9. However, some suggest that it may be different this time. The sales of HTC reportedly have not been what they expected thus they may change their game plan when it comes to unveiling a new phone just to shake things up a bit. One way to do such is by apparently changing the name from One M10 to "HTC O2." Although it remains to be seen if this comes to fruition. Under the hood, One M10 may be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 clocked at 3Ghz that is said to be the latest quad-core chipset. It may be paired with 4GB or RAM for faster performance, a base internal memory of either 64GB or 128GB which will be expandable via a microSD slot. The battery may have a massive capacity of 3,500mAh. When it comes to the screen, mixed reports claim that it may have 5-inch or 6-inch display at 1440 x 2560 resolution or even 4K ultra-high definition quality for more vivid and clearer images. While the camera may have the capacity of 27-megapixel. Added features include the rumored waterproof and dustproof ratings, support for USB Type C, wireless charging, and materials that seem to be made with shiny metal designed to have curves which may provide easy grips without sacrificing the stylish edge. It may have Android 6.0 Marshmallow as its operating system and will most probably allow Android Pay functionality.
