文字：When I traveled to Hokkaido in May, the first thing
I had after landing in Sapporo was a tasty curry soup.
I went for the veggie option, which had a bunch of
different vegetables like bell pepper, baby corn,
okra, tomato, pumpkin, yams, cabbage, alfalfa sprouts,
carrots, and some awesome deep-fried broccoli and mushrooms.
Seriously, the deep-fried veggies were genius! They kept
so much of their juice, and when I bit into them, the
flavors just exploded in my mouth. The broth was super
rich and flavorful, and it paired perfectly with some
rice on the side.
