[分享] 要求ETS重寄Toefl-iBT score report
我在一個月前order了Toefl-iBT score report至某所大學
前天發現到對方還沒收到我的成績
於是我從ETS的官網中的Contact us==>TOEFL==>Fill out the form
Subject選擇order寫e-mail過去詢問ETS
在信中我告知ETS某所大學尚未收到我的成績
並說明我在幾月幾號時order我的成績，貼上了我的receipt and ETS order id
詢問ETS能不能再幫我寄送一次？
沒想到才過了兩天ETS就立刻回覆我
(前略)
Because this institution did not receive your scores, we are mailing a
duplicate report.
Please allow 7 days processing time, 7-10 business days for mail to arrive within the United States, and 4-6 weeks for
international mail delivery.
因此要是有人order了Toefl-iBT score report但對方遲遲又沒收到的話，
是可以要求ETS免費重寄一次的
ETS並提醒可以先把網路上的成績告知給學校，讓學校做verify的動作
另外ETS說明
若是學校要求verify Toefl score的話
學校必須要打電話至Toefl Customer Service
並提供這些資料
ETS ID
Spelling of the candidate name
Address
Date of birth
Gender
Native country
Native language
Test Date
Reading Section Score
Listening Section Score
Speaking Section Score
Writing Section Scores
Total Score
請注意
如果學校要求verify score的話
並不需要提供你個人的密碼給學校知道喔
