文章提到where the climate is driest,the greatest amount of water is
being pumped, and the aquifer contains the least water.
德州是氣候最乾燥，抽了最多地下水，以及地下水含量最少的地方。
但是Ｄ選項卻說德州用了最少量的地下水，這根文章原意剛好相反。
