[請益]一題 寫作題目的解釋~

在看康老師整理的iBT寫作整理的第2大項的倒數第二題時看不懂題意:
"Students should receive better and more effective education if they are
required to go to school more than eleven months per year."
是問我們agree or disgree 越多上課時間的話，學校就得提供越好的教育
還是 單純問我們 agree or disagree長的在學時間對學生是有益處的
頭腦打結，請求解惑~謝謝!!
