所以將我整理出來的貼上來和大家分享
China’s economy was growing at an annual rate of 9.7 percent ,by far the
strongest performance "by" any of the world’s biggest economies.
翻譯：中國每年9.7%的經濟成長率是目前世界幾大強勢經濟體中表現最好的
老師說這裡的by 應該是修飾 performance，
帶有 "performed by" 的味道：「由某人演出、某人的表現」

1 The dance was performed by Duncan.
2 It was a great performance by Duncan.
進階：
The dance was performed by many best dancer such as Duncan, Henry and Michael.
Duncan's dance was the greatest performance by any of the best dancer.
把舞蹈改為經濟成長，意思是說：9.7% 的成長率是最佳演出
by any of the world's biggest economies.
