前半句:
The company will redesign a vacuum cleaner (that) it put out in the market
two months ago
後面子句"it put out.....two months ago"用來修飾vacuum cleaner。
後面子句的主詞是公司(it)，被推上市的是vacuum cleaner
既然是受詞(或是賓語)就可以省略that囉
這句子有點像~I will give you a pen (that) I bought yesterday.
後半句: given the many complaints it has received.
後半句it has received來修飾complaints

: Questions ------the recent changes in employeebenefits and eligibility
: should be addressed to Mr.Henderson in personnel.

: B.oncern
: C.concerned

: 為什麼答案是A而不是C?
這句子的前半段原本是
Questions [which concern the recent changes....eligibility]
[ ]裡面的是修飾前面的questions
在這邊 which V = Ving
以用字來看
一般concern這個字的用法的主動的型態 (還滿常看到的)
譬如說像是 this question concerns....
this paper concerns......
不然也應該會是 譬如像
this question is concerned with.......
既然空格後面直接接the recent changes
那前面就應該是主動型態-->concern
但因為它在子句裡面--> which concern
就等同於concerning

一般形容趨勢的話，不管是什麼失業率還是人口的變化
在用到像increase, decrease這些詞時幾乎都是主動用法
不過要記得加過去式
但這題她有強調over the last decade，所以就要用has declined來強調這段時間的變化
