P.111

perishable翻譯是意腐壞的東西，整句話不知道怎麼翻譯比較通順...
His full integration into the team could take weeks.
這句話應該是說，他加入這個團隊需要幾個禮拜的磨合，對嘛?
我的問題是這句話的文法，His full integration into the team 這句話應該是當成
名詞，但是這句話並沒有動詞耶，有沒有人可以解釋一下這句話的文法呢??
