is 後面接名詞 不是Ving 就是 to V

: 此句為什麼是a而不是b, c, d???
分號後面是獨立子句 用以補充說明
c的話必錯 that子句前面不可加分號
d的話也錯 i am always..... 語意不合邏輯
a b二選一的話 a比較有補充說明的用法

: a. give
: b. to give
: 此句為何是b而不是a??
有人回答過了
: 4.The girl was interested in nothing but _____
: a.singing b. to sing c. sing
: 此句為何是a而不是b , c???
be interested in +名詞 符合的就是singing (動名詞)
: 5.The portrait ____ ______ two hundred ago
: a.is said b.was said
: a.to be painted b. to have been painted
: 為何不會因為後面有ago而用was said??
: 還有 to be painted 為何卻是錯的???
to be painted整句沒有動詞
ago過去式 選b
: 6.He was supposed _____ by the doctor but in fact he wasn't examined
: a.to be examined b. to have been examined
: 後面有by但是用to be examined卻是錯的???
因為它是與現在事實相反的假設語氣
你的語態要往後退一步
現在式要變成過去式
過去式要變成現在完成式
過去完成式基本上...除非你要寫文章 或轉述他人說過的話
不然很少用到(它是現在完成式的倒退)
(但基本上口語也很多人不用過去完成式了)
