全域代名詞Ta

One pronoun to represent them all 我在美國科技業工作。面試過Candidate之後，要輸入面試的結果到系統中。 DEI的系統不讓我用 He / She 當作面試者的代名詞，原因是性別轉換者可能會不舒服, 看的人可能有性別偏見什麼的。用They是可以，但總是覺得很怪。單複數的問題總是在那裡如果上下文同時有第三人稱單複數鞥，很容易混淆我直接用Ta ( 他她它祂都是Ta) 。建議所有遇到這種政策的人，直接用Ta 並告訴他們這是全域代名詞，連上帝與動物植物礦物都可以代表沒有性別沒有種族沒有國籍沒有有機體與無機體（人/動物/植物vs 礦物) 等歧視絕對中性且包含全部 Ex： Ta = Gender global pronoun in Mandarin for the Candidate. Ta worked on Google map and did a great job. Ta mentioned that during ta's wo rk on Google map, Ta had some disagreement with the leader and how ta sought f or design review sessions to get alignment. Ta demonstrated that even though ta does't agree with the initiative personall y, ta still tries to work on this project. During the work, ta tried to unders tand leadership's rational on this initiative and understood that such initiat ives might be useful from some users.
