[問題] 退稅問題 W2 Form
有兩個小問題想請問各位
1.我收到的W2 form 是影本且只有其中一聯,上面寫 Copy D for employer
但我朋友(同一雇主)收到的有四聯
其中一聯(copy B to be filled with employee's federal tax return )
是要浮貼在表格上.
那我也可以使用那影本的Copy D 浮貼在表格上嗎?
2.我被扣的稅全都是Federal income tax withheld (box 2),但1040NR-EZ表格在浮貼處寫
also attach Form(s) 1099-R if tax was withheld.
那我需要去找什麼1099-R 嗎?還是貼上W2影本就好了?
