作者: cute0611 (Keep Walking) 看板: WorkanTravel 標題: Au Pair-你可以問家庭的問題時間: Thu Sep 15 00:15:51 2011 參加保母工讀專案之後，送出申請資料接下來，就是等待家庭配對期 (煎熬!) 如果接到家庭連絡，該問些什麼問題去了解你將來的工作內容這個家庭適合你嗎？等等分幾個單元　the questions you should ask!，提供給大家參考希望大家都能找到適合的家庭 1. Your hours – What will my working hours are and will they fluctuat 2. Previous au pair – Why did your relationship with the last au pair end and how long was she with you? May I speak with her? 如果能和之前的保母聯絡上，基本上是最能了解接待家庭真實情況。 3. Sole charge – Will I be in sole charge when I am looking after the children? Can I rely on you to support my decisions? 當你在照顧小孩時,小孩是以你訂的規定為主嗎? 才不會發生類似:我爸爸說,我媽媽說之類的話來欺負保母。 4. Discipline - How do you handle discipline and punishment? (It is important that these views fit in with your own personal views.) 了解家庭教育理念,東西方大不同!! 5. Housework – What household chores will I be expected to perform and help? Au Pair被期待除了照顧小孩之外,能幫忙做一些輕微家事,範圍可廣可窄,把衣服丟洗衣機烘乾機,碗盤丟洗碗機,幫忙倒垃圾之類的,像一般在自己家裡會做的事…如果接待家庭有提出讓你不舒服的要求,比如說打掃廚房之類的,可利用每個月聚會與社區輔導員討論和家庭協商, remember you are here for kids, not for cleaning the house. 6. Overtime – How will overtime be compensated for such as additional hours? 家庭如果有超過工作時數會怎麼補償，有些家庭會以每小時多給多少薪資，有些家庭會補回時數給Au Pair 7. Socializing – How much socializing would you like your children to do while under my care? 8. Activities – What activities, if any, are the children already involved in such as classes, groups or clubs? 9.
