Steamed is searching for a skilled white board chef who is willing to share
his knowledge and passion in building a highly reputable dumpling and bun
house in the city and beyond.
Skills must include:
--Kitchen efficiency - Completing daily workloads and meeting specific goals.
--Highly efficient in rolling dumplings and buns.
--Performs well under pressure
--High standard of Hygiene practices
--A strong understanding of dumplings and recipes, history and background.
--Ability to make traditional flavours as well as create your own new
flavours of dim-sum
Attributes must include:
--Ability to share experience recipes and passion through cultural education
and expertise with staff
--A healthy food focus, use of natural ingredients.
During a trial you will be required to present your best pork bun recipe
in which you are proficient at and create it for tasting.
You will then be given a pork bun to replicate taste, texture, and size.
This position is salary based and is negotiable based on past experience.
