Title: Business controller / Depratment controller (Operative controlling),
at production depratment (about 70 staff)
About the role:
- Will oversee team of 3-4 in the production department/sourcing to analyse
the buisiness and figures to come up with ways to imporive and optimize
the business and activities. Its not a financial role, its business role.
- Salaray flexible, competitive
Requirements:
- Foreign or Chinese
- Preferrable with 1-4 years working experience
- Background and major not important, they can train the person, most important
is personality - it needs to be a driven, entrepreneurial, mature, business
minded person that can help to analyse their operations to spot areas of
improvements and take action.
- "Needs to be a person that can speak up in a meeting and say what he/she
thinks could be improved about the business"
