[問題] 日本Amazon刷卡失敗
大家好
過幾天會去日本旅遊
打算先在amazon jp訂一隻耳機(9000元台幣)寄到飯店
供貨店家是Joshin web(有查過好像是蠻大的店家)
而在下訂後收到亞馬遜寄來一封信

內容大概是需要我提供地址電話信用卡紀錄給他們
我的問題是都還沒刷成功信用卡上會有紀錄嗎
那他要拿紀錄作什麼
然後為什麼會失敗 是不能使用Master Card嗎
那如果我不提供資料 這筆交易可以就此作廢不扣款嗎
另外在下訂過程中
我只提供了卡號和持卡人姓名還有有效期限
這樣就完成了整個扣款手續嗎
第一次使用信用卡有點害怕刷錯或是被盜刷
語言不通也不太了解他們在說什麼...
只好上來請教版上大大
如果有冒犯到或是違反板歸的地方 告知後一定馬上刪文

補上後續
我昨晚將資料寄出後
早上就回覆了
信用卡資料已經被驗證
他說我的帳號將不再被凍結
只是之前被取消的交易需要重新下訂
所以要求提供資料的應該是亞馬遜(?
我應該沒有被詐騙吧...
