他要求
International students must be permanent residents or citizens of the United
States in order to be certified to teach art in the public school system.
那是指我要是美國公民或永久居民
所以我既沒有綠卡現在也不住在那裡
是不是代表我沒希望了...> <
還是我就跟他表明我不在美國的學校教.但我想念?
請各位前輩給我一點建議
