[請益] 執行信用狀條款所遇到的問題

小妹我現在待的公司沒有人可以教我以下有幾個信用狀的問題想請教各位大大 1.47A.The following must appear on invoice and transport documents: AA.LCA NO. :BBL/C 10547 BB.IRC NO. :BA-0180304 CC.TIN :305-106-8301 DD.VAT REG. NO. : 2011340508 EE. H.S. CODE NO. :8206.50.00 FF.Shipping mark:MT-CT 我知道客人的意思是說 invoice 和提單都要列出下列的東西目前翻到的書都還沒有看到有在invoice 列出這些東西的請問從 AA~FF這些東西應該要列在invoice 的哪邊右上角或者最下面之類的還有原本我打的invoice 差不多剛好一頁如果再打這些內容可能就會超出一頁如果遇到這樣的情形是不是需要在invoice 上打上頁數至於提單的方面是不是只要把 AA~FF這些東西告知船公司船公司自然就會替我把這些資料打出來還有請問 AA~EE這幾個是代表什麼東西 2.Beneficiary must certify on invoice that qantity,quality,price marking and all other details of goods are in accordance with the above proforma invoice. 在 invoice 標明數量價格我還能理解但標示quality 是要標示什麼是指 description of goods嗎而且我之前打給客人的 proforma invoice上並沒有列出 quality和marking 那是要依據什麼 4.Bill of lading issued by freight forwarder not acceptable. 請問客人指的freight forwarder 是指沛X.超X.那幾間貨運承攬業嗎 3.One set of non negotiable shipping documents to be sent directly to applicant by courier service within 5 days of shipment and a certificate along with related courier receipt must accompany the documents. 請問non negotiable shipping documents是指副本的裝船文件嗎 certificate(證明書)是否由出口商自行製作還是..... 若由出口商自行製作須包含那些項目 4.Exporter's/supplier's status report in 02 copies issued by negotiating bank. 請問此份報告書是否要等到押匯時向押匯銀行申請還有這是否也算是貨運單據的一種感謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.64.174.60
