[書信] 合約的英翻中 請幫忙，謝謝!
我朋友剛進這行，現在在幫公司翻一個合約:
1. As a counter term against the supplier's favorable price offter,
the agent is requested to strictly keep payment settled in-time and
automatically in comply with terms agreed. 我知道大概的意思，但因為這
是合約的內容，不知怎把他能以修飾過的翻譯成中文，
試中譯:反對供應商所提的售價(那是供應商比較喜歡的)，而此agent(經紀人)
被嚴格地要求要及時把付款事宜處理 ，並且要符合之前協議的條件。
2.A company shall keep agent fully informed of any other contracts made by
interested parties from Iran.
一個公司應保持完整告知 所有 由伊朗的利害關係人制定的合約
我只知道，interested party 是指利害關係人
