[問題] 巴西海運提單註冊疑問?
請問板上各位大大知不知道出口到巴西,海運提單註冊的相關辦法?
(ps:我本身雖然是FWD,但是巴西完全沒碰過)
基本上我們有按照巴西代理的要求,寄了正本提單+委託書過去,
但是,國外回覆的內容不是說很了解:
I have just received the letter of appointment and BLs sent by you
but this letter it is not with the signature and public notarized.
Please let me know if you are providing the consular and public notarized
內容大致是是說我們提供的授權書上面沒有公證簽署,然後問我們有沒有領事公證?
不知道是不是我想太多了,其實國外代理只是要我們公司蓋章+簽名的正本文件就好?
但是這也很怪,我們給的委託書上面就有簽名蓋章~
還請有先關經驗的大大們幫忙一下!
