請問有人在貿協培訓中心上過這堂課嗎？
課程內容為：
1. Preparation for a phone call.
2. Explanation of the purpose of a call.
3. Telephone Messages.
4. Making arrangements and appointments.
5. Active listening.
6. Handling complaints.
7. Closing calls
