[問題] 信用狀 提單Shipped on board
大家好，現在我遇到一個問題是，
國外的供應商要求信用狀的提單那一條，
要寫Shipped on board，
不能寫Clean on board。
他有解釋給我聽，
但是我真的看不太懂，
可以請大家幫幫忙看一下是什麼意思嗎？

In fields 46A Docs required, it is stated that Bl should be marked “CLEAN ON
BOARD”, in agreed draft and signed contract were – “SHIPPED ON BOARD”
We know that from most countries streamlines allow to issue Bls with CLEAN ON
BOARD marks, the specific of Ukraine that no one streamline agent in Ukraine
can write this, possible only “SHIPPED ON BOARD”. Streamlines agents
explain such requirement that they don’t see cargo while loading in
containers and they accept only sealed containers for transportation.
It is really important question, that’s why we ask you to issue LC amendment
with correction of this issue.
