[問題] 孟加拉 交易問題請教前輩們
各位 大大好！
小弟 最近處理一個 孟加拉的訂單
目前進入付訂或是開L/C 的階段
但客戶 昨天寫了封信過來提了幾件事！
1) Whether you exported to Bangladesh before this order.
2) Whether you know about PSI system before shipment as
it is compulsory as per Import policy of our government.
3) Customer will open L/c for US$2000 to 2500 through bank.
4) An advance amount for US$2000/- will be paid for production
after having confirmation from you.
5) After complete of production remaining amount will be paid
before shipment.
小弟 比較不懂的 是他的 第二點！
PSI system 這個 有 那位大大知道 是什麼 東西嗎？
找不到這個哩…
再者 就是 若依照客戶 信件內容的意思
他要分兩次開L/C ？
有人 遇過 這樣的情況嗎？
可以 給小弟一點建議 嗎？
