[問題] 請問三角貿易，提單上的consignee?
各位好!
小的剛加入一間貿易公司，公司作三角貿易的，有些問題不太了解，
懇請大家幫忙解答。
最近要出一批貨，我們公司向A供應商訂貨，要出貨給B公司。
我們T/T付款給A供應商；
B公司則是開狀給我們。
那我提單上的consignee是要做to order of嗎?
notify party則是做我們公司?
拜託大家幫我檢視一下，我是不是搞錯了什麼?

不好意思，補充一點，供應商是CNF給我們，我們則要CIF給客戶
我剛剛做了功課，想讓大家看看我這樣理解對不對?
客戶開給我們的L/C上要求：
1.Full set of clean on board marine bill of lading marked"
freight prepaid" made out to order and blank endored notifying
the applicant with full name and address.
2.Full set of insurance policy blank endorsed for full CIF value
plus 10pct with claims if any, payable at destination in the
currency of this credit covering institute cargo clauses A,
institute war claused and institutes strikes clause from warehouse
to warehouse
我承認第二點我看不太懂....
如果我要求供應商把CONSIGNEE做TO ORDER(誰拿到提單就是誰的)
NOTIFY PARTY做我們公司。
屆時，請供應商把正本提單和其他報關文件都寄來我們公司，
我們在台灣換單，改SHIPPER/CONSIGNEE/NOTIFY
這樣理解對嗎?
