[問題] 出口機械及機械零件至俄羅斯
各位先進好：
小弟最近出口一些機械及機械零件給俄羅斯客戶，客戶三年前曾經請我們協助設廠過，這
次又加訂相關設備及維修零件，但客戶最近換了拉脫維亞的forwarder, 結果出口後forw
arder今天寫信來，要求如下：
The Customs at Destination of this particular press and spare parts requires t
he following information. Please asssit to clarify.
Could You please confirm that actual manufacturer for all spare parts and Pres
s is XXX co., ltd? If not, please specify the actual manufacturer for each par
t of press.
請問這要求合理嗎？ 三年前整廠甚至這兩年的零件都沒被要求過必須告知敝公司的各零
件甚至機械設備之供應商，何以這次有此要求？ 是當地法令有變還是客戶請forwarder假
造海關要求刺探情報？感覺這是公司自己的商業機密，給了他們後客人以後不就自己去買
就好了？

我回給客人的forwarder說零件製造商無法提供,只能說供應商是本公司後, 他又寫來說
Kindly note that we have to prepare the Certificate for the press and
spare parts. This document is highly required by Customs in Russia. The issue
of Certificate requires to indicate the actual manufacturer and models of the
Goods, which are planned to be imported to the Russia.
MOW海關真有這種鬼需求嗎? 配件清單及規格和產證我也提供了,但要製造商也太誇張了吧
