Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for ARP hire 2. Direct Sourcing-source from direct channels 3. Relationship Management: Use effective communication techniques to build strong relationships through regular face to face or telephone reviews with: line managers and stakeholders / External Candidates / Support Centre 4. Manage the recruitment process 5. Add value to the Recruitment Process by keeping up to date with the recruitment market, employment legislation, and the ICT industry 6. Advise managers of pertinent changes to the employment market and legislation and ensure managers comply with employment and company policies 7. Provide the best-in-class recruitment experience for all candidates from initial application to final conclusion 【徵求條件】 1. Proven, relevant experience of working as a permanent recruitment consultant: 2. Experience of Direct Sourcing gained in technology sector 3. Expertise in candidate sourcing, including internet and off-line database searches 4. Networking skills / Social Networking knowledge 5. Previous experience in a permanent recruitment team (in-house/agency) 6. Demonstrable Client Management skills 7.
