35 有關真核細胞之mRNA 之轉錄後修飾，下列敘述何者錯誤？
A. 5’-capping of RNA 可以保護mRNA 避免5’端被分解
B. 3’ poly A 的修飾可以影響RNA 之穩定度
C. Splicing 需要snRNA 之參與
D. 3’ poly A 之修飾完成後，mRNA 方能進行splicing
答案給D
不過C 應該是snRNP，splicesome，才對吧......
要說什麼因為snRNA+protein=snRNA 所以這樣寫也對
這種模擬兩可的界限，很不合理。
所以建議C和D都可給對!!~

Most introns are not self-splicing, and these types are not designated
with a group number. The third and largest class of introns includes
those found in nuclear mRNA primary transcripts. These are called
spliceo-somal introns, because their removal occurs within and is
catalyzed by a large protein complex called a spliceosome. Within the
spliceosome, the introns un-dergo splicing by the same lariat-forming
mechanism as the group II introns. The spliceosome is made up of spe-cialized
RNA-protein complexes, small nuclear ribonu-cleoproteins (snRNPs, often pronounced “
snurps”).
