I have been teaching English language skills to a cross-section of Taiwanese
students for over eight years now. My students not only want to improve
their English language skills, but they also wish to excel in the language,
so as to increase their chances of success in the business, social, and
scholastic worlds.
What my students appreciate the most is that I am diligent in my preparations
for all of my classes. Each and every one of my students is very special,
and as such has particular needs and requirements: needs and requirements
which are addressed in my individual Lesson Plans.
This being said, my classes are not automated, as if produced on an automated
production line, but rather are carefully crafted so as to not only cater to,
but also expressively addresses each student’s personal requirements.

我本身也是RICHARD老師的學生，已經上他的課上了一年半，一開始上課對於口說有很大
的障礙，但是到現在已經可以對談自如。我們選用的是國外教材Northstar 從初階開始到
中高階共上了四本書，這本書裡面有很多很好的字彙、片語及文章，對於聽、說、讀方面
都有很大的提升，在寫的部份如果有特別需求可以跟老師討論。通常老師都會為學生開
drop box 或google drive分享空間，如果任何要補充的東西，他都會上傳上去，有時候
文法不了解的時候他也會特別找資料放到分享空間裡，平常我遇到問題都用line問他，他
都很願意回覆，所以很多時候我也是從他的回覆或是他分享的一些資料去做學習。他是一
位非常用心的老師，推薦給大家，並祝福大家學習愉快
