I believe if you want to do a comphrehesive guideline search,
first, GOOGLE can give you an aid.
The major guidelines of oncology in the U.S. are
from NCCN and American Society of Oncology.
For guidelines from U.K, the biggest is SIGN guidelines, which
have most of diseases, and most of them are simple, easily to read.
The third way is to search in PubMed.
You could use "breast cancer" to do a MeSH search, then use the MeSH
term to search in PubMed databases.
Put your limitation only in "guidelines" in your left-hand side, then you
would get most of published guidelines.
But the disadvantage is that those major guidelines such NCCN are not
published. You need to get them from their websites.
