Application and Admissions Guidelines
The application deadline to enroll Summer or Fall 2011 is December 1, 2010. Our online application enables you to submit, track, and receive all of your required materials right there! (i.e. statements, transcripts, and letters of recommendation)
Although PIBS is a highly selective program, every application is carefully
reviewed and evaluated. We work diligently to put together a motivated,
diverse and academically strong class of incoming students every year.
Incoming 2010 Class Snapshot:
GPA Average: 3.50 (range: 2.80-4.00)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
GRE Verbal Average: 549 (range: 300-800)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
GRE Quant Average: 697 (range: 390-800)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
GRE Writing Average: 4.34 (range: 2.5-6)
^^^^^^^^^^^^
Under-represented in the sciences: 15% (of domestic class)
International: 14%
大家看清楚那個range
我不敢保證每個學校range都麼大
但是我認為 GPA/GRE好當然最重要 但是如果你有很強的研究表現 未必沒有機會
但是機會會絕對比高GPA/GRE+強研究背景的人少很多
不過 我還是覺得gpa才2.8實在太扯 絕大部分我看到的學校都要求至少要3.0
