I'm a Cornell student and would like to sublet my room during June 20th-July 30
. This property is a beautiful historic building on the edge of Cornell’s West
Campus.It is a 10 minute walk to the Arts Quad and Collegetown.Very convenient
In addition to a laundry facility located in the basement,there is free parking
and garbage pickup. Furthermore, with full furniture and renovation last year
this place makes a great living environment. Total rent would be around
450/bedroom including water and wifi.This is a three-bedroom apartment and two
are available.)
