前一陣子也在找房子在網路上找了幾間其中有一間在Chicago Chinatown附近,看起來挺方便一房還兩房我忘了,但是附了滿間的漂亮家具,一個月才七百左右看起來就應該是秒殺價留言後對方馬上就來信說什麼他們人在英國,這房子是給女兒唸書買的,女兒現在畢業了但是他們還想留著這房子,所以就打算出租 blahblah~~~ 我們回信問他那怎麼帶看,怎麼拿鑰匙他們就回說,他們會把鑰匙用TNT(?)寄過來我們覺得不太對,就回信請他們給我們看一下deed掃瞄檔,我才知道他真的是屋主就沒下文了.... 板友們租屋時看到太好的價格先別太高興,有時這就是掉入陷阱的第一步.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 99.13.50.41

The money, I want to revive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money . Of course you will have to see the apartment before discussing further details . I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see it suits your needs.The delivery for the keys and viewing permit (signed by me), will be made with TNT to make sure that we can trust each other. 我後來就另外租別的地方了,是看到樓上那篇才想起來這件事想說寫出來給板友參考,小心別被騙了剛剛又google了一下,他在另一個網站的資料是3bd http://tinyurl.com/9l9433k 該網站還特別有警示: Use Caution! This listing is priced well below other similar units in the area.
