than it did a decade ago 嗎?
比較級必須用於可比較的兩者
(1) 前者為communications technolgoy now 後者應該是
communications technology a decade ago
(2) fast 可為 adj. / adv. 如果解為 adv.
則前者為 communications technology is progressing now
後者為 communicatins technolgoy progressed even a decade ago
這裡會覺得兩者都說得通
不過我會覺得(2)似乎比較順
