I think it is important to play with them. When they are connected to your thoughts, you can try to use your personality to influence them. Sample: Students need to know the school rules, because a school interprets a mini-society. When they are in school, they follow the school rules. When they leave the school, they got law outside. It is important for them to educate them to meet the needs of the society. Then, I'll start to give directions what to do to make their schooling successful. From common sense to intelligence, I think as long as the direction is clear. They will follow the our path. : 3. How do you improve yourself in your profession? Sample: The subject I am teaching is unique in most of the schools. For this reason, it is important to go to other school and meet with other teachers. There, I'll be able to obtain news and knowledges from others and work with them to improve my ability. 4. What will you do when you are enrolled in school? Sample: Since I am the english dedicated teacher in school, I'll focus on forming a study group in school to improve overall teachers' english ability. Then i'll move on the next project on using english on teaching applications.
