[問題] 煩請了解該領域的人幫我修正
這是有關土木工程，經濟統計及環境科學的文章。
因為有些我感覺是有專有名詞，但在網路上又找不到，
希望這裡有該領域的人，能給個較好的說法。

有的我會把部分文句寫出來以便大家能看到前後文，
但是我只要一些專有名詞的中譯詞就可以了，有疑問的名詞我會標記:
(以下中文是我自己先翻譯的，希望有更專業性的中譯)
1. erosion line 侵蝕線
2. breach probability 中斷機率
3. loss- probability curve 流失率曲線
4. incremental benefit-cost ratio 增加的成本效益比率
5. ~in year 0 第零年 (附原文)
原句: The yearly estimates of the probability of failure may be based on
detailed assessments but will often rely on informed engineering judgemen.
However, it's rarely appropriate to assume that a structure will certainly
be lost in year 0.
中譯後: 失效機率每一年的評估原本是要以仔細精密估算的結果為基礎，
但通常都是只依據工程判定的資料。但是卻不適合先行假設在第零年(year 0)時，
一個建築物就遭受損失。
6. 1 in 50-year scheme 五十年期內的一 ??
原文部分:
The alternative options of adopting the 1 in 50-year or 1 in 100-year schemes
would have to be judged against the incremental benefit-cost ratios of 2.37
and 2.0 respectievly.
中譯後:採用五十年期內的一或一百年期內的一的計畫的其他作法，必須分別和
增加的成本效益比率2.37及2.0兩個對照比較。
7. the benefit-cost ratio is highest for an option where there is significant
uncertainty.
有很大不確定性的作法其成本效益比率是最高的。
(這句的 "significant uncertainty"我覺得有更好的中文表示法...常在文中有
there is a great uncertainty. 我目前都只會翻為"有很明顯的不確定性",
uncertaintiy 還有什麼比較親切的中文表達文字???)
