Your body will lose your calorie-burning muscle before it will drop the fat. The loss of muscle will cause you to lose weight, but won’t improve your body’s composition or health. You will find yourself frustrated and will never win the battle with your weight. 試譯段落二 Bosses that put themselves first is the most common occurrence. 42% of the surveyed employees claim their bosses were more concerned about saving their own skins than they were with enabling their employees to be productive. That means almost half of those surveyed feel their bosses are harming their own department’s productivity for the sake of protecting themselves. Perhaps if the boss focused instead on productivity, he’d have nothing to worry about. Going beyond just faulty priorities, 29% of the employees said they believed their boss would ‘throw them under the bus’ if that’s what it took for the boss to keep his or her own job!
