Breach of Covenant – to notify the Owner, as soon as reasonably possible of
any breach of covenant by any TENANT, and at the expense of the Owner, carry
out all lawful and reasonable instructions of the Owner to terminate
reservations/leases and to institute suit or action or to recover possession
