The Admissions Officer System,Looking for Dreamers
Late at night, students come stampeding out of a private tutoring
institution. Several of them are chatting excitedly. You can see the
exuberance of youth in their bright faces. Some of the students, however,
look exhausted. It is not because of the weight of the backpacks on their
shoulders, but because of the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) and
their academic records. These are the reasons why students have to stay at
school until late at night, something that they would not do if they had
other options. What do they earn at the end of this weary process of
preparing for university admissions?
